20 years ago my love for food began in the sunny state of Texas with the sweet taste of a fragrant honey dew melon that I will never forget. My passion as of then: nature’s gift of good ingredients, the fascination with their processing, the mastery of cooking, the curiosity for cultures and culinary traditions and the great joy to reach people through food.
